This new innovative cooking program has been designed in consultation with, and for, neurodivergent young adults and adults 18+. Our multidisciplinary team consists of passionate foodies who are also experienced professionals with a diverse range of qualifications, knowledge of neurodivergence, disability, and lived experience caring for neurodivergent family members.
This program focuses on enhancing cooking skills and goes beyond recipes, examining all aspects of meal preparation, including budgeting, planning, shopping, cooking, engagement, and enjoyment!
We provide one-to-one and small group sessions, with options for weekly, fortnightly, or periodic intensives depending on demand.
While Beyond Recipes is not a registered NDIS provider, we are aligned with NDIS safeguards and practices.

With 25+ years of experience as a Neuro-Inclusion Specialist and a parent of an adult on the Autism Spectrum, I specialize in providing neurodivergent support. Additionally, I hold qualifications as a Food Safety Supervisor, Cert IV in Disability, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and First Aid certification, including CPR and Management of Anaphylaxis.
